Terms of service

These are the terms for using GoNomo. By creating an account or joining a team you agree to them. Questions go to chris@yndr.com.

What GoNomo is

GoNomo builds and sends real estate marketing on your behalf and answers questions from the buyers who visit your listing pages. It is a tool; you are the licensed agent. Nothing it produces is legal, financial or appraisal advice, and every piece it makes is yours to review before it goes out.

Your account and your team

• Your sign-in is yours. Do not share it. A teammate gets their own invitation and their own login.
• The owner of a team is responsible for who is on it and for the team's usage and bill. Everyone on a team sees the team's listings, contacts and marketing.
• You are responsible for what you connect: the listings feed must be yours or your brokerage's to use, and the contacts you import must be people you may contact.

What you must not do

• Publish or send anything that violates fair housing law, MLS rules, your brokerage's rules or advertising law. GoNomo checks for fair housing language and refuses some phrasing, but the responsibility is yours.
• Send marketing to people who have not agreed to hear from you, or remove the unsubscribe link and postal address from an email.
• Represent GoNomo's output as an appraisal, a guarantee of value, or a statement from anyone other than you.
• Use the service to scrape, resell or redistribute listing data you do not have the right to.

Content and rights

You keep the rights to what you upload and what GoNomo makes for you. You give us what we need to host, render, send and publish it where you ask. Listing data and photos remain subject to the rules of the MLS or the source they came from.

Usage and billing

AI actions are metered. Each account, or each team through its owner, has a monthly AI budget; when it is reached, generation pauses until the budget resets or is raised. What you already built stays available. Subscription pricing, trial periods and payment terms are shown when you subscribe.

Availability and changes

GoNomo is in its first release. We work to keep it up and we tell you what broke when it did, but we do not promise uninterrupted service, and features change as agents tell us what they need. We will give notice before removing something you rely on.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, GoNomo is provided as is, and our liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for marketing you chose to send, offers or values stated in it, or the actions of buyers and contacts who respond to it.

Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time from inside GoNomo or by writing to us. We can suspend an account that breaks these terms, and we will say why. On closing, your data is removed as described in the privacy policy.
