Privacy policy

GoNomo is a marketing assistant for real estate agents. Agents sign in, connect their listings, and GoNomo builds and sends marketing for them: listing pages, newsletters, postcards, social posts, reels, presentations and market analyses. This page says what we collect to do that, who sees it, and how to have it removed. Questions go to chris@yndr.com.

If you are an agent using GoNomo

We collect what you give us and what your listings feed gives us:

• Your name, email, phone, office address, brokerage, license number, headshot, logo and brand colors.
• Your listings: addresses, prices, facts, descriptions and photos, imported from the listings page or MLS feed you connect.
• Your contacts and leads, including any you import, with the notes and activity you or Nomo record about them.
• Your pipeline: the homes you are working, their stage, appointments and history, including which teammate did what.
• What you ask Nomo and what Nomo answers, so it can remember your preferences and keep a record of what it built.
• Usage and cost records for each AI action, used for your monthly budget and to keep the service running.

If you join a team, the people on your team see the same listings, contacts, pipeline and marketing you do, and the team owner sees the team's usage. Your sign-in is always your own.

If you found a listing page, a newsletter or a sign-in sheet

Agents use GoNomo to publish listing pages and send marketing. When you fill in a form on one of those pages, your name, email, phone and message go to that agent. That includes:

• Contact and tour requests on a listing page, and questions you ask the listing's chat assistant.
• Open house sign-ins, with the consent you give on that sheet to be contacted.
• Pre-qualification requests, which ask for a credit score range and annual income and are sent to the agent and, with your consent on that form, to their lending partner. We do not run a credit check ourselves.

Every marketing email carries the sending agent's postal address and a one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing puts you on that agent's do-not-mail list and we refuse to send to you again on their behalf. If a send cannot check that list, it does not go out.

Who processes the data for us

We use a small set of services to run GoNomo. Each one sees only what it needs for its job: hosting and database (Vercel, Supabase), AI models that write and edit marketing copy and describe photos (Anthropic, Google), image and video rendering for staged photos and reels, email delivery (Resend), the listings import service that reads the page you connect, and the social publishing connector you choose to link. We do not sell data and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Fair housing

Everything Nomo writes for a listing passes a fair housing check before it is saved or shown, and the Equal Housing Opportunity statement stays on every listing page. Agents can edit their copy; the check runs again on what they save.

Keeping and deleting

• An agent can delete listings, contacts, designs and marketing from inside GoNomo, and can ask us to close the account, which removes their data and the pages built from it.
• Buyers and open house visitors can ask the agent, or us at the address above, to remove what they submitted. Unsubscribe requests take effect immediately.
• Chat transcripts and AI cost records are trimmed on a schedule; the agent's own listings, contacts and marketing stay until they remove them.

Cookies and sessions

We set the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember what you were doing. There is no advertising tracking on GoNomo or on the listing pages it publishes.

Changes

When GoNomo starts collecting something new, this page says so and the date at the top moves. The current version is always at this address.
